It is a hybrid between a and a. It is 110 metres long and displaces 3000 tons. The submerged body is an elongated knife-like form, optimized for high speed when moving on the surface.

Its main feature is the ability to quickly travel to distant places and then strike from under water. SMX-25 is to be armed with 16 multi-function, capable of striking submarine and surface targets with four tubes.
